Software built by LukaAI Group LLC for its own work. Each application connects only to the accounts of the person running it, and keeps what it reads on that person's own computer.

Personal Hub

A dashboard that shows a calendar, reminders, mail, recent files, and a job pipeline on one local page. It reads the user's accounts; the only changes it makes are ones the user clicks — archiving a message or marking it read, in Gmail or in Mail.app — and it never sends, deletes, or edits anything. It runs on the user's computer, is reachable only from that computer or from the user's own devices over a private network, and stores what it reads in a local database there. Nothing is sent to LukaAI Group.

When connected to a Google account, Personal Hub reads Gmail message headers (sender, subject, date, labels — never message bodies or attachments) and Google Drive file metadata (names, types, modification times — never file contents). The Google permission it requests for archiving and marking read is broader than what it uses; the privacy policy says exactly how it is limited.
