Effective September 4, 2026. These terms apply to applications published by LukaAI Group LLC under lukaaigroup.com, including Personal Hub.
What the software is
These applications are tools LukaAI Group LLC builds for its own work. They are made available for personal and internal use. By installing or running one, you agree to these terms.
Your accounts and your computer
The applications run on your computer and connect to accounts you choose to connect. You are responsible for those accounts, for the computer the software runs on, and for any password you set to protect the application. You can disconnect an account at any time; for Google accounts, that is done at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your data
How the applications handle data is described in the privacy policy. In short: what they read stays on your computer, and nothing is sent to LukaAI Group.
Acceptable use
Use the software only with accounts you are authorized to access, and only in ways that comply with the terms of the services it connects to, including Google's.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. It may contain errors and may change or stop working at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LukaAI Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the software, which is nothing.
Changes and discontinuation
We may change these terms, and may change or discontinue any application, at any time. The current terms are always at this address, with their effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
